The Science behind the Connex platform

Transcription factors (TFs) operate as networks and control the expression of all genes

TF networks can be mapped, and Core Bio has developed the largest library of TF network maps using transcriptomic data from patient biopsies across a range of tissues – comparing healthy and diseased, young and aging

Not all TFs are equals, so the Core Bio team invested years developing advanced network science to identify the TFs that control TF networks - a group called the Core

Our Connex platform can identify the network Core and select targets from that Core across a wide range of diseases

For each indication,  we select multiple Core TFs to inhibit simultaneously with a single hyperOligo drug candidate
